You can manage cookie preferences in your browser. --- ## Return & Refund Policy ### Return Window - **7 days** for unused items in original packaging - **14 days** for defective or damaged products - Some items cannot be returned (see below) ### How to Return 1. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number 2. Explain the reason for return 3. Wait for return authorization 4. Return item in original packaging ### Refund Process - Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after receiving returned item - Refund via original payment method or Mobile Money - Shipping costs non-refundable for non-defective returns ### Non-Returnable Items - Perishable goods (food, beverages) - Personal care items (opened) - Custom/personalized orders - Items marked as 'Final Sale' - Undergarments and swimwear ### Damaged or Wrong Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item: 1. Take photos immediately 2. Contact us within 48 hours 3. We will arrange replacement or full refund 4.
